ASH Addiction mechanic for Pirate Borg

ASH is the remains of the undead, known to have psychedelic and mind altering effects when consumed. It is very valuable and many conflicts have started simply over it.

With this new mechanism, players can get addicted to ASH, and feel its long-lasting effects and consequences.
